Matt Cutts suggests that we “get started” by only comitting to 30 days, just to start. It turns out that 30 days is about the right amount of time to create, or break, a habit. He lets us know that small changes are sustainable. Is there something that you really want to do? What are you waiting for? Think of something you’ve always wanted to do, and just do it, for the next 30 days!
