Never underestimate the power of pen and paper. I am a writer. I find writing therapeutic. I get a lot of clarity about my life and different perspectives on how things work through my writing. They say, keep a journal and write down what you are grateful for every night before you go to bed. This can bring peace and happiness. Some of the most blissful people in my life make this exercise a priority. And as I write this now, I ask myself, “Why am I not doing this?” See, clarity, and the power of pen and paper, or in this case, keyboard and computer. Tonight I will start my “Gratitude Journal†before I go to bed.
