If there’s one thing that I notice happening, is that some service-based entrepreneurs are too dependent on their funnel.
If that sounds mad, hear me out.
My clients get a consistent stream of high-ticket clients who find, call and hire them, even if they occasionally encounter business challenges that could slow them down.
I’m sure there are “experts” out there who would recommend THE perfect sales funnel, as if you wouldn’t find your ideal clients apart from using what they sell.
But in reality, my clients are getting calls booked daily even if inevitable problems happen and their processes get disrupted.
They are also confidently increasing their rates while decreasing their time spent on work, so they can still enjoy doing the things that spark joy in their lives with their families and friends.
