Coping

Coping with stress becomes easier when you know what deeper fear it’s triggering. We all have stress, but some have more than others. If we can dig deep and figure out what’s really causing it, we can focus on eliminating or resolve what’s causing the stress; instead of just focusing on the stress itself, it will automatically disappear. Usually what has to happen to resolve the issue, is taking responsibility for our part in it. Yoga, mediation, journaling are all great ways in which allow us to take the time to reflect on what the root cause may be and how to take responsibility for our actions which caused it. Our actions are the entire only thing we have control over, so might as well focus on that. Once the issues are resolved, guess what? No more stress.
