The real story behind a multi 7 figure entrepreneur
It all started when she was a child. Her Dad was a successful entreprenuer who would bring her to his optical stores while he worked. She got a glimpse of what it was like to run successful retail businesses through observation.
When her Dad bought the rights to Quizno’s Canada, she stood along side him, growing the brand to over 250 stores across Canada. She noticed something… the closer each business owner followed the proven system, the more successful they were. When they wavered from it, they failed. She could also see clearly, how that same system could be applied to any product, or service and would go on to apply it in every business she created in the future, from health, design, art, children’s brands, real estate and so on. It didn’t matter what the business was, the system for success, was always the same.
After the Canadian rights were sold back the the US, she helped facilitate the transition, retired as the Vice President of Operations for Quizno’s Subs, and went on to be the Director of Operations of Taco Bell’s Southern California territory. They hired her to turn the territory around from a Franchisee that ran it into the ground. She used the same principles she’d learned by systemizing the last business, to turn it around.
Armed with the wisdom she gained from those 2 multi-million dollar empires, she went on to create her own real-estate investment empire. In 5.5 years she created a $20million real-estate portfolio that encompassed 55+ units, in 8 different states, including a 188 room hotel.
Over the years, she has created many systemized businesses, has been speaking, mentoring, and coaching thousands of business owners and managers on how to structure, systemize, and automate their businesses, so they can leverage their time.
