This leads to constantly changing plans, trying new things, and looking for quick fixes – which never works.

The secret to consistent progress: Find one plan to stick to (it doesn’t have to be mine), and fully 100% committed to it.Â
And being fully committed to something doesn’t mean bailing the second something gets difficult. It means seeing it through both during the ups and the downs.

It’s not about how you show up when things are going good. It’s about how you show up during the difficult times and the rough patches.
Losers resort to blame, comparing, and self-sabotage.
The above is why very few people ever get what they want in life. They stand in their own way.
Winners, on the other hand, show up their best during those difficult times.
That’s how you overcome challenges – when the depth of your will is greater than the height of the obstacle in front of you.
If you’re stuck, it’s not more information. It’s a plan, belief in yourself, and a willingness to see it through.
